HCV is a group of volunteers who work for nature conservation in and around Harlow. Our aim is to improve the environment for wildlife, nature conservation, and recreation and to improve public access to the countryside.

This site has the following sections:

About HCV: who we are, what sort of work we do, about volunteering, sites we work on and for whom;
plus photo gallery, sites directory, health and safety, child protection, and equal opportunities policies, and HCV accounts.

News: news about the group and other local conservation related items.

Programme: our current task programme, together with a downloadable PDF version of the printed newsletter.
